Don’t Miss Out on Your New York State Tax Credit
The New York State Clean Heating Fuel Tax Credit is available to taxpayers for the purchase of Bioheat® fuel containing at least 6 percent biodiesel per gallon for residential space heating or hot water production. The credit is equivalent to 1 cent per percentage point per gallon. The B20 bioheat® fuel GOPC members get delivered earns 20 cents per gallon in tax credits.
If you had 1,000 gallons of B20 fuel delivered last year, you could be eligible for $200 in tax credits.
