I hereby apply for membership in GOPC, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions as agreed upon between GOPC and GOPC-designated fuel supplier, as advised to GOPC members. I understand I must meet GOPC designated fuel supplier's standard terms for payment and credit. I further understand that GOPC, its officers and its directors are in no way responsible for the payment of my bills to the supplier, for service related to my furnace, or for fuel delivery of fuel oil; and that GOPC is not responsible or liable for any damages that occur for any reason whatsoever. So long as I remain a member of GOPC and benefit from any offerings of goods and services, I agree to purchase my home heating oil #2 from GOPC-designated fuel supplier. This supplier will have the right to terminate my fuel account if payment is not made according to usual business practices.
